For help with API keys, render jobs, account access, credits, or dashboard issues:

• The render job ID, if the issue is about a render.
• The endpoint you called.
• The approximate time the issue happened.
• A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.

Do not send API keys, passwords, private customer media, or secrets in support screenshots.

For corrections, broken links, outdated examples, or editorial feedback:

Security reports

For security concerns, exposed credentials, suspected abuse, or vulnerability reports:
